A Ukrainian drone just traveled 1,500 kilometers into Russia and hit one of the country’s largest oil refineries. The Lukoil facility in Perm processes more than 13 million tonnes of oil a year. Multiple explosions were reported overnight, and the strike shows Ukraine can now reach deep into Russian territory to hit infrastructure that funds the war.
